Building Manager to manage building use, oversee facility maintenance, and support event coordination and technology needs. This part-time exempt position averages 25 hours per week at $25/hour and includes PTO, vacation, and earned sick and safe time. On-call availability is required for tenant needs and occasional evenings/weekends.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating event logistics, supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor and rental partner relationships, and supporting basic IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, organized, and able to work independently. A high school diploma is required; a degree and experience in property, business, or facilities management are preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is essential.
