Part-time Building Manager to manage building use, oversee facility maintenance, and support event coordination and technology needs. This part-time exempt position averages 25 hours per week at $25/hour and includes PTO, vacation, and earned sick and safe time. On-call availability is required for tenant needs and occasional evenings/weekends.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating event logistics, supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor and rental partner relationships, and supporting basic IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, organized, and able to work independently. A high school diploma is required; a degree and experience in property, business, or facilities management are preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is essential.

Full-time Communication Director to support all ministry areas by developing and maintaining cohesive communication strategies that effectively connect members, visitors, and the community with the church’s mission and vision. This role involves managing digital and print communications, including social media, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, bulletins, and promotional materials, while also maintaining church records and communication resources. The Director will support leadership by coordinating office operations, managing vendor contracts, overseeing the church calendar, and leading volunteers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and design skills, proficiency with digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Familiarity with Lutheran traditions and experience in church or nonprofit communications is preferred.
