Safegaurding our Children
All volunteers who work with children will be required to fill out a background check and follow our extensive safety policies. Safety policies will be reviewed with the potential volunteer by a pastor or other staff person.
Building-Related Emergencies
If there is life-threatening emergency on Woodlake's campus, please dial 911. For building related concerns, please use the following document to contact a Woodlake representative outside of building hours.
Health Guidelines
From Covid to the Flu, Woodlake follows the best available science from the CDC and WHO to help stop the spead of disease. Below are some of our current reccomendations for your health and safety. Please note, if public health conditions change, Woodlake reserves the right to change it's policies on masking, social distancing, and large group gatherings.
- Masks are encouraged, especially for large group gatherings, but no longer required at Woodlake
- Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the campus and use of these stations is encouraged upon entrance and exit of our building
- Physical distancing where possible is encouraged but no longer required at Woodlake.
Photo & Video Disclaimers
Woodlake Lutheran Church reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event co-hosted or co-presented by Woodlake Lutheran Church without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. Woodlake Lutheran Church may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Woodlake Lutheran Church, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person attending a Woodlake Lutheran Church event who does not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, Woodlake Lutheran Church staff, and/or by contacting Woodlake Lutheran Church at 2120 W 76th St., Richfield, MN 55423, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. Woodlake Lutheran Church will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in a Woodlake Lutheran Church event or by failing to notify Woodlake Lutheran Church, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Woodlake Lutheran Church, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Woodlake Lutheran Church from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Woodlake Lutheran Church may not use, copy, alter, or modify Woodlake Lutheran Church photographs, graphics, video, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Woodlake Lutheran Church.
